It was a beautiful day for Brittany and James winter wedding. It was chilly but not freezing and the sun was out. I met them close to the Edmonton river valley for the first look and formals to follow. Their day was full of joy, love and lots of laughs. Of course we can thank their bridal party for making many of those laughs happen.
I first connected with Brittany through Sarah, whose wedding I photographed a few years ago and have done several photos for her since. Just like Sarah, Brittany is very sweet and kind hearted. After meeting Brittany, I was so happy Sarah had connected us – Brittany and James are such wonderful loving people with a side of goofy that make them so much fun to be around.
The reception was beautiful! It was white on white with a touch of purple. The lighting they had made it very romantic. The dessert bar may have been the biggest dessert bar I have seen so far and it all looked delicious! Some of my favourite things about their wedding: how much love you could see between James & Brittany, their gorgeous reception, the dessert bar and that Brittany’s grandma made the junior bridesmaids dresses. <3
